iERP privacy policy

toools processes the personal data you give us through this website — essentially a demo request — in order to get back to you, and the data you enter inside iERP on your behalf, as a data processor. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who the controller is

What data we process

There are two very different situations:

• Public website: if you request a demo we process your name, email, company, sector, headcount, modules of interest and whatever message you write. We also store the IP address and browser it was sent from, so we can spot automated submissions. Separately, we measure visits in aggregate — which page, in which language, on which kind of screen and from which domain people arrive — with no cookies and no persistent identifiers: your IP is never stored, it only feeds a calculation with a random key that is destroyed every night. • Product: the data you and your team enter in the workspace (employees, customers, invoices, documents…). You are the controller of that data; we only process it to provide the service.

Purpose and lawful basis

Demo request data is processed to reply to you and arrange the session, on the basis of your consent and of the pre-contractual steps you requested. Product data is processed to perform the service contract. We do no profiling and take no automated decisions with legal effects on you.

Who we share it with

With the providers needed to run the service (hosting, transactional email and, if you use the AI features, the model provider), always under a data processing agreement and with the required safeguards. Beyond that, with nobody.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for the duration of the commercial contact and, afterwards, for as long as needed to handle possible claims. Product data is kept while your workspace is active; when it is archived the data is held for 30 days and then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing and request portability by writing to direccion@toools.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you feel we have not dealt with your request.

Security

We encrypt sensitive fields with keys separated per workspace, control access through permissions and keep an audit log of relevant actions, including those run by AI agents and downloads of documents holding personal data.
