Airlines shifts, passengers and tenders
iERP for airlines and airport services joins ground staff planning, passenger support and public tenders: shifts and on-call with their clock-ins, every complaint handled in the passenger's language within its deadline, and the airport services tenders that fit. Each manager runs it from their Claude or ChatGPT.

Frequently asked
Do I have to subscribe to all three modules?
No. You can start with People or with Support and add Public sector when you want to bid for tenders. Support relies on CRM, which sign-up adds automatically.
Can it plan flight crews?
No. It is not a crew planner with aviation duty limits. It handles shifts and on-call for ground, support and office staff, with their clock-ins.
Does it handle complaints in several languages?
Yes. Support replies to each passenger in their language, within the deadline, and keeps the full conversation.
What do I need to run it from my assistant?
Your Claude or ChatGPT and the connector address, which we give you when you create your account. Each person signs in with their iERP user, via OAuth or a personal token.
