Construction from tender to payment
iERP for construction brings into one workflow what today takes five programs: finding the construction tender that fits, preparing the bid, delivering by phases and milestones, organising crews with their clock-ins and invoicing each milestone. All on the same data, and you can run all of it from your AI assistant.

Monday, in one conversation
The site manager asks, management decides. New tenders, this week's hours, who hasn't clocked in, which milestone can be invoiced: your assistant crosses the four modules and hands it to you ready.

Delivery, squared up
The shift generator proposes the rota for the works, you compare it with other options and publish it. Every hour logged on the project has a clock-in behind it, which is exactly what you'll be asked for if delivery is audited.

Frequently asked
Do I have to subscribe to all four modules?
No. You can start with Public sector alone and add Projects, People and Finance when you win your first contract. Each module is paid separately and every user costs the same.
Does it work if we bid as a joint venture?
For preparing the bid, yes: the radar shows who your competitors usually team up with and who wins at each contracting body. The joint venture as a separate company is run in its own iERP workspace.
Can I invoice each milestone of the works?
Yes. Each closed project milestone becomes a draft invoice; you review it, issue it as a PDF and track its payment in Finance.
What do I need to run it from my assistant?
Your Claude or ChatGPT and the connector address, which we give you when you create your account. Each person signs in with their iERP user, via OAuth or a personal token, and only sees what their profile allows.
