iERP cookie policy
Which cookies the iERP public site uses and what each one is for.
The informational pages of this website use no cookies: no pixels, no advertising and no resource loaded from a third-party server. We do measure how many people visit each page, but without cookies and without persistent identifiers, and your IP address is never stored. That is why there is no consent banner.
What this website stores
One technical preference in your browser's local storage — the light or dark theme you pick — which is not a cookie, is never sent to a server and you can clear whenever you want. And nothing else: no visitor identifier is created, and nothing is kept that could recognise you on a later visit.
Product cookies
The iERP application — reached after signing in — does use technical cookies, essential to keep the session open and to protect forms against request forgery. They are exempt from consent because the service cannot work without them.
- Session cookie: identifies your session while you are inside. It is removed on sign-out or when it expires through inactivity.
- Form protection token: prevents a third party from submitting actions in your name.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the application's technical cookies you will not be able to sign in; the informational pages will keep working normally.
How we measure visits
Each informational page sends four things to our own server: which page was viewed, in which language, whether the screen is a phone, a tablet or a computer and — when you arrive from another site — the originating domain, never the particular page you were reading. No external tool is involved and not a single byte goes to a third party. To estimate how many different people visit each day, your IP address and browser are combined with a random key that is destroyed every night: the result cannot be reversed, the IP is never stored, and by the next day nothing remains that could be linked back to you. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, nothing at all is sent.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a tool that requires non-essential cookies, we will announce it here and ask for your consent before switching it on.
