Public administration is the public procurement module of iERP: it ingests tenders from the Spanish public sector contracting platform (PLACSP) and notices from the EU Official Journal, plus the grant calls published in the national subsidies database (BDNS); it scores each one against your company profile —CPV codes, classification, financial and technical standing, territory— and explains requirement by requirement why it fits or does not; it reads the tender documents with a local language model and recommends what to bid using that body's real award history.

Every tender is scored against your company profile. It is not a blind mark: the record shows what is required, what you have and where each requirement comes from, one by one.
The tender documents, read
When the body publishes them, a local model extracts financial standing, award criteria with their weights, deadlines, guarantees and lots. Every field is matched literally against the text: what cannot be located is flagged and does not score.
What to bid, without being ruled out
The recommendation comes from the real discounts of that body and those CPV codes, by quartiles rather than averages, with your own cost as a floor and the abnormally low threshold of article 149 underneath it.
