On the roadmap A future layer on top of Finance

Grants and subsidies

The awarded grant is already recorded in Finance today; what is missing is the case file you later have to justify.

Grants and subsidies is an iERP module in development: it will cover the full case file of a public grant, with the call, the deadlines, the paperwork and the justification of the spending charged to it. The financial half already exists in Finance, which records grants and subsidies in the funding portfolio with the amount awarded, the amount drawn and the status. Nothing of this module is in production yet.

What it does

What Grants and subsidies will cover

Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.

Calls and deadlines

It will cover the calendar of open calls with their cut-off dates and a warning before one closes.

A case file per grant

It will bring the application, the resolution, the paperwork and the status of every case file into one place.

Justifying the spending

It will link every justified euro to its Finance invoice and its project, so the reporting pack is not assembled by hand.

Continuity with what is already recorded

It will start from the grant that already lives in the Finance funding portfolio, with no need to key it in again.

How the AI runs it

What you will be able to ask it

Once the module is in production you will be able to ask for the whole case file in plain language. Today the agent already answers for the part that lives in Finance and Projects.

The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.

Which subsidies have we applied for and what is the status of each one?

economico.financiacion_listar grant portfolio

Here are the grants recorded in the funding portfolio with their amount and status, and the charged spending with its invoices. The case file, the deadlines and the reporting pack will come with this module.

Other typical requests

  • Pull together the spending charged to the innovation project with its invoices.

Works with

This module will not start from scratch: the amount and status of the grant already live in Finance, the spending charged to the funded work in Projects, and the deadline reminders in Automation. All three are in production and share database, permissions and agents.

Where it fits

On the roadmap

What exists today and what is missing

The whole module is missing: there is not a single Grants and subsidies screen in production and it cannot be activated in any workspace. What does exist is the financial half of the problem, inside Finance.

  • What it will cover: calls with their deadlines, a case file per grant and documentary justification of the spending.
  • What you can already do today: record the grant applied for or awarded in the Finance funding portfolio, with amount, status and due date, and charge the spending in Projects.
  • When it lands: we give no date, because we do not have one. It is prioritised by real demand, so asking for it moves the queue.

Questions about Grants and subsidies

What people ask before deciding.

Partly. Finance already records grants and subsidies as funding instruments, with the amount awarded, the amount drawn and the status. The case file, the deadlines and the reporting pack are what this module will bring, and it is still in development.

Tell us your case and we prioritise

Half an hour with your real calls for applications. In the meantime, the Professional plan already includes Finance, Projects and Automation, which cover recording the grant and the spending that justifies it.
