Pick the modules, not the bundle. No setup fee, no lock-in.

Yes, at no cost: the plan gives you a number of modules — 1, 4 or 6 — and you choose which ones from “Plan and billing”, as many times as you need. Swapping Support for Projects is neither a plan change nor a charge. What you cannot do is hold more modules than your tier allows: for that you move up a tier or add a single module.

You keep working and pay per extra person: €5 a month on the 1-module and 6-module tiers, €6 on the 4-module one. Nothing is cut off abruptly. If you are about to add a lot of people, moving up a tier is almost always cheaper than stacking extra users, and you do it from “Plan and billing”.

Because Ask-AI and the voice agent work across ALL your data, and that is exactly where their value comes from: asking about a customer's margin needs CRM, projects and invoicing at once. With one or four modules the AI would be answering about half your company. It is not sold separately and cannot be added to the other tiers: it comes with the 6-module one.

Yes. Any module in production can be added for €25 a month from “Plan and billing”, prorated for the current period and respecting dependencies (Projects uses the people in Human Resources; Support, the customers in CRM). If you need two or more, moving up a tier works out cheaper — by design.

Then you go custom: you pick individual modules and people and pay €25 per module and €6 per person a month, with no base fee. It is more expensive per unit than any tier, by design, so it only pays off for combinations no bundle covers well — two modules and few people, say. The configurator tells you at every step whether a bundle would work out better.

Neither. The subscription is monthly and renews on its own until you cancel; there is no joining fee, no implementation project and no minimum number of months. Cancelling costs nothing and carries no penalty.

One monthly invoice per workspace, with its own sequential numbering (WS-12-3, WS-12-4…), available in “Plan and billing” as soon as it is issued. Renewal is charged to the workspace's default payment method at the end of each period. In this installation the charge is simulated and no real payment is taken.

Yes, whenever you want and without asking anyone: from the workspace settings you generate a full ZIP export and download it. If you archive the workspace its data is kept for 30 days — within that window you can reactivate it or download the export — and deleted afterwards.

From “Plan and billing”, in one click and without talking to anyone. The workspace is not cut off when you cancel: it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and simply stops renewing. After that it is archived for 30 days in case you change your mind.
