Questions about Payroll
Does it replace my payroll advisor?
It does the calculation: payslips, settlements, back pay and tax forms. Reporting hires, leavers and contributions to Social Security stays with whoever does it today, and the month's package is sent to them from iERP.
Can I try it without leaving my payroll software?
Yes. During the switch you import what A3NOM calculates each month and iERP shows you, person by person, where it differs.
Can the AI issue payroll?
Yes, with the permissions of whoever asks and confirmation before every write. It calculates, explains the differences and prepares the issue; issuing and paying are confirmed by a person. Deleting or cancelling is flagged as a destructive action: it asks you to confirm, a burst of deletions is throttled automatically and everything lands in the audit log.
