The rota that changes on Friday at noon
Shifts, clock-in and absences are shipped: the change is made once and reaches time tracking and staff cost, instead of circulating as a photo of the rota in the team chat.
The rota, the hours and the day's money are already handled here; the menu, the order and the POS are the vertical still missing.
A restaurant runs on shifts, purchasing and takings. In iERP, Human resources — rotas, clock-in, contracts and casual hires — and Finance — invoicing, payments, treasury and bank reconciliation — are shipped, with AI agents on top. Hospitality (menus, orders, tables and POS) and Inventory (stock and recipe costing) are declared in the catalogue and cannot be activated yet.
The day to day
What repeats every week on the floor, in the kitchen and in the office, and which part iERP covers today.
Shifts, clock-in and absences are shipped: the change is made once and reaches time tracking and staff cost, instead of circulating as a photo of the rota in the team chat.
What is taken and what lands in the bank is reconciled in Finance — payments, treasury and the statement — so the next morning stops being an hour of adding up tickets.
Contracts, hires and casual hours are handled in Human resources with their calendar and their trail: turnover stops being a folder of PDFs and an email to the payroll office.
When a supplier raises prices, the margin of a dish depends on recipe costing, and that comes with Inventory and Hospitality. What is measured today is staff cost and invoicing.
The modules that cover it
Every card carries its real status and its page, so you can check for yourself which part is usable today and which is still coming.
An example from the vertical
The request a floor manager would make, and what the agent does with it.
The agent works with the permissions of whoever speaks to it, asks for confirmation before writing and leaves a trail of every action.
379 published actions an agent can execute in iERP.
Who is working this weekend and how many hours has each of them done?
rrhh.turno_listar weekend rota
Here is the rota with each person's accumulated hours, and a warning about whoever is about to go over the limit, before it happens.
Partial coverage
Two are missing: Hospitality — menus, orders, tables and POS — and Inventory — stock, recipe costing and purchasing. Both are declared in the product catalogue and cannot be activated in a workspace yet. Staff and money, on the other hand, work today with Human resources and Finance. If you need the verticals, tell us: we prioritise by real demand.
What people ask before booking a demo.
Half of it, and we say so: shifts, clock-in, contracts and the whole money side are shipped. The order, the table and the POS are not yet: they are the Hospitality vertical, not activatable, and the same goes for Inventory and recipe costing.
Half an hour on your day to day: what you can use now and what would wait for the vertical.
