On the roadmap Module in development

Hospitality

The front of house and the kitchen that are missing, on top of the shifts, the clock-in and the till that already work.

Hospitality is an iERP module in development for restaurants and bars: it will cover menus and dish costing, orders sent to the kitchen, table occupancy and the bar POS. It cannot be activated in any workspace yet. Today a restaurant already runs shifts, clock-in and working time rules with Human resources and its invoicing with Finance, both in production.

What it does

What Hospitality will cover

Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.

Menus and dish costing

It will define the menu and the cost of each dish from its ingredients.

Orders and kitchen

It will send the order straight to the kitchen and track its status until it reaches the table.

Tables and front of house

It will show floor occupancy and who is serving each table on each shift.

A connected POS

It will take the bar payment to the same place where invoicing and the till are reconciled, not to a notebook.

How the AI runs it

What you will be able to ask it

Once Hospitality is in production you will be able to ask about the floor and the dish costing. Today the agent already answers for shifts, hours and the till.

The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.

Who is working this weekend and how many hours has each of them done?

rrhh.turno_listar shifts this weekend

Here is the rota and the accumulated hours from Human resources, and the invoicing and the till from Finance. Menus, orders, tables and the POS will come with this module.

Other typical requests

  • How much have we invoiced this week and how is the till doing?

Works with

The rota, the clock-in and the working time rules already belong to Human resources, and the till and the invoice to Finance: both in production. Inventory, which will supply raw material consumption, is in development like this module.

Where it fits

On the roadmap

What exists today and what is missing

The whole module is missing: there are no menus, no orders and no POS in production, and Hospitality cannot be activated in any workspace. The staffing and the money side are already solved today.

  • What it will cover: menus and dish costing, orders to the kitchen, table occupancy and the bar POS.
  • What you can already do today: rotas, shifts, clock-in and working time rules with Human resources, and invoicing and the till with Finance.
  • When it lands: we give no date, because we do not have one. It is prioritised by real demand, so asking for it moves the queue.

Questions about Hospitality

What people ask before deciding.

For staff and money, yes: shifts, clock-in and working time rules in Human resources and invoicing in Finance, both in production. For menus, orders and the POS, not yet.

Half an hour with your real floor plan. In the meantime, the Business plan already includes Human resources and Finance, which cover shifts, clock-in and invoicing.
