The dues of the first of the month, all of them
Recurring and bulk issuing are shipped: it is set up once per community, reviewed before issuing and goes out on its own every month, with no list to rebuild.
Issuing the dues, chasing arrears and handling a resident's call already work today; meetings, ownership shares and levies are the vertical still missing.
A property manager issues dues every month, chases returned direct debits and takes calls at any hour. In iERP, Finance — recurring and bulk issuing, partial payments, outstanding debt and treasury —, Support — every issue as a ticket with an owner and a history — and Automation, which fires the reminders, are shipped. Property communities — owners, meetings, shares and levies — is declared and cannot be activated yet.
The day to day
What fills the month of a property management office, and which part iERP covers today.
Recurring and bulk issuing are shipped: it is set up once per community, reviewed before issuing and goes out on its own every month, with no list to rebuild.
Partial payments and outstanding debt per owner, with an Automation flow that flags the return as soon as it arrives and not when the annual meeting comes around.
Every call comes in as a ticket with its status, its owner and its history, so what gets reported at the meeting comes from the system and not from memory.
The split by ownership share, the meetings and the minutes are the Property communities vertical and are not there yet. Collecting a levy in instalments, however, is handled today with Finance.
The modules that cover it
Every card carries its real status and its page, so you can check for yourself which part is usable today and which is still coming.
An example from the vertical
The request a property manager would make, and what the agent does with it.
The agent works with the permissions of whoever speaks to it, asks for confirmation before writing and leaves a trail of every action.
379 published actions an agent can execute in iERP.
Which dues are unpaid this quarter, and for which communities?
economico.cobro_listar outstanding dues
I have grouped what is outstanding by community and by owner, with the returned debits separately, and drafted the notice for each one so you can review it before it goes out.
Partial coverage
Property communities is missing: owners, meetings, ownership shares and levies. It is declared in the product catalogue and cannot be activated in a workspace yet. Dues, collections and residents' issues, on the other hand, work today with Finance, Support and Automation. If you need the vertical, tell us: we prioritise by real demand.
What people ask before booking a demo.
For the money and for the issues, yes and from today: issuing dues, arrears, treasury and every incident as a ticket. For meetings, ownership shares and levies not yet: that is the Property communities vertical, declared in the catalogue and not activatable.
