Warehouses and stock
It will hold stock by warehouse and location, with its history and its reorder levels.
Knowing what you hold, where it is and what it is worth, on top of the cost and sales Finance already runs.
Inventory is an iERP module in development: it will cover warehouses, stock by location, goods in, goods out and transfers, and the valuation of what is held, wired to purchasing and sales. It cannot be activated in any workspace yet. Today the invoiced cost and the sale are already handled by Finance, which is in production.
What it does
Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.
It will hold stock by warehouse and location, with its history and its reorder levels.
It will record goods in, goods out and transfers with the document behind them, never loose.
It will work out what your stock is worth and how it weighs on the cost of what you sell.
Purchase and sales invoices in Finance will move stock without anyone entering it twice.
How the AI runs it
Once Inventory is in production you will be able to ask it about stock and reorder levels. Today the agent already answers for cost and sales, which live in Finance.
The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.
How much did the materials invoiced in May cost us?
economico.gasto_listar cost for the period
Here is the invoiced cost for the period and its breakdown by supplier from Finance. Stock by warehouse, movements and valuation will come with this module.
Works with
The purchases and sales that move stock are already Finance invoices, and Finance is in production. Ecommerce and Customer Experience, the other two alongside it, are in development like this module, and you will see them flagged as such.
On the roadmap
The whole module is missing: there are no warehouses, no stock and no valuation in production, and it cannot be activated in any workspace. What does work is the financial face of inventory: what you buy and what you sell.
What people ask before deciding.
No. There are no warehouses and no stock levels in production. What you do have today with Finance is the cost of what you buy and the margin on what you sell, which is the part of inventory that reaches the P&L.
Half an hour with your real product lines. In the meantime, the Essential Invoicing plan already includes Finance, where the cost and the sale of what you move already live.
