On the roadmap Module in development

Ecommerce

The online catalogue and order, wired to the same place where you invoice and draw down stock.

Ecommerce is an iERP module in development: it will cover the published catalogue, the cart, the order and its link to stock and invoicing. It cannot be activated in any workspace. Today an order can already be invoiced with Finance and chained with Automation; Inventory, which will supply the stock, is also in development.

What it does

What Ecommerce will cover

Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.

Published catalogue

It will publish products, variants and prices from the same internal catalogue, with no second record to maintain.

From cart to order

It will turn the cart into an order and the order into a Finance invoice, with no manual steps in between.

Stock wired in

It will draw down inventory at the moment of the sale, once Inventory is available.

Automatable end to end

The notice, the invoice and the order follow-up will be chainable in Automation, which is already in production.

How the AI runs it

What you will be able to ask it

Once Ecommerce is in production you will be able to ask it about the catalogue and the orders. Today the agent already invoices and automates what you sell through other channels.

The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.

How much have we invoiced this month and what is still unpaid?

economico.factura_listar invoices this month

Here is what is invoiced and what is outstanding from Finance, and I have left the flow as a draft in Automation for you to review. The catalogue, the cart and the order will come with this module.

Other typical requests

  • Build a flow that issues the invoice as soon as an order is confirmed.

Works with

The invoice for the order will come out of Finance and the chaining of notices and tasks out of Automation: both are in production. Inventory, which will supply the stock, is in development like this module, and you will see it flagged as such.

Where it fits

On the roadmap

What exists today and what is missing

The whole module is missing: there is no shop, no published catalogue and no cart in production. What does work today is everything that happens after the order, which is usually where the tedious work sits.

  • What it will cover: online catalogue, cart and order, with stock and invoicing wired in.
  • What you can already do today: invoice the order with Finance and automate the notice, the issuing and the follow-up with Automation.
  • When it lands: we give no date, because we do not have one. It is prioritised by real demand, so asking for it moves the queue.

Questions about Ecommerce

What people ask before deciding.

No. There is no published catalogue and no cart in production. What you can do today is invoice with Finance the orders that reach you through any channel, and automate the process with Automation.

Half an hour with your real catalogue. In the meantime, the Professional plan already includes Finance and Automation, which cover the invoice and everything behind the order.
