An individual career track
It will hang the career path each employee follows off their record, with the real gap to the next level.
Reviews and recruitment are already in Human resources; Talent will go deeper into each person's career.
Talent is an iERP module in development that will go deeper into professional growth: an individual career track per person, a talent map and succession plans for critical roles. Much of the ground is already in production inside Human resources, which covers recruitment, goals, competency reviews, training and the career path catalogue. Talent as a separate module does not exist yet.
What it does
Written in the future tense on purpose, and only what Human resources does not already cover: the rest is available today.
It will hang the career path each employee follows off their record, with the real gap to the next level.
It will cross performance and potential to show at a glance where each person stands and where there is no cover.
It will show who could step into each critical role and what they still need to get there.
Vacancies, applications, goals, competency reviews and career paths: today, in production, on the Human resources page.
How the AI runs it
Once Talent is in production you will be able to ask for a person's career track or succession plan. Today the agent already works with the goals and reviews in Human resources.
The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.
Which goals and reviews does the design team have open?

Here are the goals and competency reviews, which already live in Human resources. The individual career track, the talent map and succession will come with this module.
Works with
Talent will not bring a second database of people: it will start from the Human resources one, which is in production and already covers recruitment, goals, reviews and career paths. AI brings the analysis, and Projects brings where each person actually works.
On the roadmap
Most of what people expect from a talent module is already in production, but inside Human resources. What is missing — and what Talent will bring — is the individual career layer: tracks, talent map and succession.
What people ask before deciding.
No. Competency reviews, goals, training and recruitment are already in Human resources, which is in production and can be activated today. Talent will go deeper into the individual career later on.
Half an hour with your real headcount. And in the meantime, the Essential Team plan already includes Human resources, where reviews and recruitment live today.
