On the roadmap Module in development

Transport

The routes and the fleet that are missing, on top of the people, the hours and the invoicing that already work.

Transport is an iERP module in development for logistics companies: it will cover the vehicle and driver master data, routes and their planning, shipments with their delivery note and the running costs of the fleet. Neither the driver's payroll nor the customer invoice will belong to it: those are Human resources and Finance, both already in production.

What it does

What Transport will cover

Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.

Routes and planning

It will say who runs which route, with which vehicle and in which time window.

Fleet and paperwork

It will hold vehicles, services, insurance and inspections with their reminders, with no separate spreadsheet.

Shipments and delivery notes

It will record the delivery and the signed note that backs what is invoiced afterwards.

Running costs

Fuel, maintenance and mileage charged to the route and the vehicle that generate them.

How the AI runs it

What you will be able to ask it

Once Transport is in production you will be able to ask for a route or a job sheet out loud. Today the agent already handles the team's hours and the invoicing of the service.

The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.

How many hours has the team worked this week and who is over the limit?

rrhh.fichaje_listar hours for the period

Here are the clocked hours and the overtime warnings from Human resources, and I have drafted the invoice with Finance. Routes, fleet and delivery notes will come with this module.

Other typical requests

  • Draft the invoice for the services closed this month.

Works with

The driver's payroll and hours will stay with Human resources, the customer invoice with Finance and the job with its profitability with Projects. All three are in production and share database, permissions and agents.

Where it fits

On the roadmap

What exists today and what is missing

The whole module is missing: there are no routes, no vehicles and no delivery notes in production, and Transport cannot be activated in any workspace. A haulier can already run people, hours, jobs and invoicing today.

  • What it will cover: routes and planning, fleet with its paperwork, shipments with delivery notes and running costs.
  • What you can already do today: drivers' clock-in and working time rules in Human resources, jobs and profitability in Projects and invoicing in Finance.
  • When it lands: we give no date, because we do not have one. It is prioritised by real demand, so asking for it moves the queue.

Questions about Transport

What people ask before deciding.

For people, hours, jobs and invoicing, yes: those modules are in production. For routes, fleet and delivery notes not yet, because that is exactly what Transport will bring, and it is in development.

Tell us your case and we prioritise

Half an hour with your real routes. In the meantime, the Professional plan already includes Human resources, Projects and Finance, which cover people, jobs and the invoice.
