Campaigns and plans
It will plan the campaign by advertiser, period and amount, carrying over the CRM opportunity that started it.
Campaign planning and placement occupancy, with the invoice for the insertion still coming out of Finance.
Ad Server is an iERP module in development for media outlets and agencies: it will cover campaigns and plans, placements with their rate cards and availability, insertions and follow-up of the airing. It will not issue the invoice for the insertion — Finance will, exactly as it does today. No part of Ad Server is in production and it cannot be activated in a workspace.
What it does
Written in the future tense on purpose: this is what the module will solve once it exists, not what it does today.
It will plan the campaign by advertiser, period and amount, carrying over the CRM opportunity that started it.
It will show which placement is free, which is sold and where two insertions overlap, without reconciling a spreadsheet.
It will record the contracted insertion and the follow-up of its airing, which is precisely what gets invoiced afterwards.
Ad Server will contribute the insertion and its amount; the series, the numbering and the chained register stay in Finance.
How the AI runs it
Once Ad Server is in production you will be able to ask for occupancy and invoicing of a campaign in the same sentence. Today the agent already answers for the commercial and financial side.
The agent reads, proposes and asks for confirmation before writing, and every action is logged in the audit trail as an AI action. This module's own actions will ship with the module.
Which campaigns did we close this month and for how much?
crm.oportunidad_listar campaigns this month
Here are the campaigns closed in CRM and, if you confirm, I will invoice them with Finance. Occupancy by placement and the insertion calendar will come with this module.
Works with
The advertiser and the sold campaign already live in CRM, the delivery work in Projects and the invoice for the insertion in Finance. Ad Server will sit on top of those three, which are in production and share database, permissions and agents.
On the roadmap
The whole module is missing: there is no Ad Server screen in production. A media outlet or an agency can work today with CRM, Projects and Finance; what they do not have yet is occupancy by placement.
What people ask before deciding.
As a commercial opportunity, yes; as placement occupancy, not yet. CRM holds the advertiser and the sold campaign and Finance invoices, but the calendar of placements and insertions is what Ad Server will bring, and it is in development.
Half an hour with your real schedule. In the meantime, the Professional plan already includes CRM, Projects and Finance, which cover the advertiser, the delivery and the invoice.
